Hi!
i would just like to ask, if there is a breach of contract, sa kaso ko po is ung company mismo ung nag breach, should i pay the contract bond?

ung sa contract po kasi eto nakalagay

"to serve as an assistant teacher/school nurse in the bridge school; to coordinate with the school administration and student's parents on all matters related to the student's progress and success in the program and to comply with the Bridge Schools's guidelines, curriculum, and policies in as excellent a manner as is possible" un po.. pero nag tuturo po ako. tpos nagawa pa lesson plan sa class na hndi naman po ako ang nagtuturo..

sabi nung employer, kahit daw assistant teacher i still have to teach daw po. eh hndi naman po un ang alam kong responsibility ng assistant teacher..

so ask for a copy ng job description ng assistant teacher para malaman mo kung ano ang dapat ginagawa.
