Hi Sir/Ma'am,

Our younger brother got an vehicle accident last July 21,2016 at 9:30am,i just want to know if anung pwede kong maiclaim sa nakabangga sa kanya na taxi.Naputolan po kasi sya ng right leg due to after operation last aug.22,2016 some veins not functioned.Noong naaksidenti po sya during po yun sa duty ng trabaho niya,anu pong maiclaim namin sa company nya at sa nakabangga na taxi?
