Need your advise in filing a complaint against my boss

Arresto Menor

I received a memo of NTE for un authorize released of stocks. But I am the authorize person to release of the stocks. The stocks that I released were orders of previous employees but acknowledgement receipt and
was already encoded in our system for processing. However due to system problem the orders were not invoiced yet. What my boss did and her other staff they took photos of all the stocks that I am releasing. I would like to ask if I can file a case too to my supervisor and her staff as I think their action are malicious and intentional. Thanks.

Best to do is reply to your NTE. No basis yet to file a complaint. Why? because taking photos is not an infraction (as according to your story only).
