Good day.

I would like to ask if it is possible to file a case even if the so called victim (minor) denied the charges in medico legal certificate that she has been rape by the accused?

Yung babae po is 17 years old and yung parents yung nagsampa ng kaso but the girl said that she has never been rape by the accused which is 42 years old. Ano po ba yung pwedeng gawin para madismiss yung case?

the respondent and the girl should file their respective affidavits to prove that the sex was consensual or it never happened.
