What's "poh" ?

Pag nakarami ka na ng pagkakamali at binigyan ng maraming parusa (verbal warning, written warning, final written warning, suspension at kung ano pa man), pwede kang matanggal sa trabaho basta sumunod sa tamang proseso.

At wala kang makukuhang separation pay.
