3 case estafa

Biktima po ako ng networking. Iniwan po ako ng mga taong nagdala sakin sa networking business at ngayon ako ang nadidiin at kinakasuhan. Hindi ko alam kung paano ko maipagtatanggol ang sarili ko. Nainvest ko lahat ng property ko pati savings ko. May tatlong kaso ako ng estafa, at kelan lang nag bail ako sa parehong kaso. Hindi daw po ako pwede lumapit sa PAO dahil sila ang may hawak ng kaso ng complainant. Ano po ang gagawin ko.

you're going to have to find your own lawyer. try to go to a law school for assistance or the ibp.

I do have a lawyer right now but he has been reluctant on my case. There are 80 complainants against me, aside from the 3 warrant arrests issued to me few days ago, there are 2 more on its way and they just keep on coming. I already bailed 3 complaints. I have been trying to reach my lawyer since I was arrested last week and got no answer. It's frustrating that I don't know what's happening, my defense is literally empty due to absence of my lawyer. Would you be so kind to guide me on this process- I don't even know where I am right now on this. How can I defend myself after a complainant filed a complaint against me, where can I answer? What would be the next after that and thereafter? I'm leaning on you. Please help me

you can seek legal assistance from law schools and the local chapter of the IBP. after filing of bail, i presume that arraignment was scheduled. if you appear without a lawyer, one of those present might be appointed to assist you for that hearing. if you keep appearing without a lawyer, the court might direct the PAO lawyer to represent you.
