im not a lawyer, im just a owner of 5 door apartment, i need an advise with regards to my apartment to know what should i do with this. i have a tenant who's no longer paying their rentals to me for 1 year last november we've got an agreement to the bgy that she will just vacate the premises just give her 2 mos a time for her to move out,after 2 mos she vacated the premises, but not knowing aside from her may iba pa palang nakaupa sa apartment ko, at yun ngayon ang ayaw umalis sa apartment ko pero sya na naka sign sa kontrata ko, wala na sa apartment ko, paano ko papaalisin yun pinaupa nya sa apartment?
