i am praying that you could help me with my problem, last year i work into a company as a secretary, the company's profile as it was said to their SEC, it was an importing and exporting of tractor heads and beauty products, but as time goes by we don't have any transaction with regards to the importing and exporting, until the president of the company little by little turns the office into a networking (mlm) in which some people gave money hoping that it will be doubled as the president of the company promises to them, i myself did not know the procedure of the MLM but to make my story short i did not gather or even touched their money everytime they want to register to that MLM the president was building. so, as time goes by this president absconded the money of the people leaving us (the employees) at the office and now the people are filing a case to us (let me say to me) i dont know what to do..ni wala po akong napala sa mga pera nila,, i was just their as an employee and to work for my family, HOW CAN I GET RID MY NAME TO THIS KIND OF CASE,? thank you so much for answering my questions.
