Hi. Seeking your help on this matter. My boyfriend and his wife have been separated for a year already. Now when the wife knew that he has a gf, she is filing complaints against her ex-husband and me. Is there anything I can do to defend myself on this issue?

Unless they are legally separated, probably for starters, don't live together. For concubinage to prosper, three elements should be there.

1. by keeping a mistress in the conjugal dwelling,
2. by having sexual intercourse under scandalous circumstances with a woman who is not his wife; or
3. by cohabiting with his mistress in any other place.

Its still best to consult a Lawyer.
