Hi,

Question lang po, kasi galing ako sa isang third party firm and nag end yung contract nila dun sa client last year, dun po sa contract ko na yun, binabayaran nila ako ng 180k per year, then after 2 years ko sa kanila, nagkaroon ako ng increase na 1,500 kada buwan, and I asked them na kung pwede gawin na lang nila allowance for tax purposes, in which na pumayag naman sila.

Then, after mag end ng contract namin, sinabi ni client na may iba silang kukuning third party at dun kami ipwepwesto, at nangyari nga yun, pero nung unang usapan namin nung recruitment nila, sabi ko same salary kasama yung increase. at umok sila, pinapirmahan nila ako ng 120k per year na contract, and nung first month ko, bale 15k sya plus 1,500 na allowance ang tinanggap ko, then after ilang araw, nagpunta si hr at sinabi na aayusin daw nila yung sahod namin para "TUMAAS" daw ang sahod, kaso ang nangyari, ang ginawa nila, yung sahod ko ginawang 12k, + 3k na allowance, pero biglang nawala yung 1,500 na natatanggap ko dun sa former employee ko na binigay din naman nila nung first month, at ang masakit pa nito, yung binigay nilang 1,500 nung first month dineduct pa nila sa 2nd month ko. Tanong ko lang po kung legal ba ang ginawa nila. Kung A: may pinapirmahang contract at pinirmahan ko at B: kung may pinapirmahang contract at di ko pinirmahan.

kung Ang pinirmahan mong kontrata at 120k yearly that means 10k lang monthly. so pwede nila claim na sumobra lang ang binigay nila sayo nung 1st month kaya binabawi.
kung wala kang contract and 2nd month mo palang, mahihirapan pa iprove kung magkano talaga dapat ang sahod. unless meron kang ibang katibayan

kasi dun sa original contract, ang nilagay nila is 180k, so meaning 15k monthly, pero after 1 month, bigla silang naglabas ng contract na naging 156k na lang, kasi daw yung iba dun, nilagay as allowance.

naguluhan ako. paki review yung unang post mo. nakasulat 120k. can you repeat everything again? yung 180k contract is not relevant anymore kasi lumipat ka na ng company. remember your contract is between you and the 3rd party company not between you and the end user
