Former employee asking for a COE.  According to him he was separated from the company 7 years ago.  Finding it hard to locate the exact dates of his employment.

What is the normal course of action in this scenario?

201 wala akong makita.  I did manage to find a SSS document which shows he was with mga 13 years ago. Project employee kasi kaya hindi continuous ang employment nya samin
