Good Morning,

I would like to inquire kung legal po yung company na pinapasukan ko.
The situation is the Head Office is in Malaysia and wala po silang opisina dito sa pilipinas

They hire me and I don't have taxes ang dahilan nila ay wala daw po kasi dito sa pilipinas ang opisina ng agency namen.
Considered daw kami as OFW at dito kami sa pilipinas nagtratrabaho dahil nandito daw ang client so no need to go to malaysia.

Legal po ba ito? because I am worrying too much about the tax free

In theory dapat kang mag-file ng tax dahil kumikita ka.

You may need to use the 1901 form.

Para ma tax exempt ka kelangan more than 6 months ka physically nasa labas ng pilipinas.  Mataas ba ang sahod mo? baka covered ka pa ng mga personal exemptions.

Legal naman yung company, hindi kasi sila required mag kaltas sa sahod mo if wala silang office or negosyo sa pilipinas.

If mataas ang sweldo mo (lagpas sa exemption) dapat ikaw ang mag file ng taxes
