Arresto Menor

Just want to ask on what to do if a minor (13 yrs old) allowed entry to group of adults (men and women)inside the house then proceed to one of its room turned "on" the aircon and proceed to have a goodtime. They were busted by the owner of the house, an elderly lady, and send them outside horrified and really angry. Afterwards the owner found some alcohols and condom inside the room.
