please help me on this issue. I got promoted last sept 2015 however the company said that my salary adjustment will be given on my annual date evaluation which is december 2015. It was written on a memorandum signed by HR, Operation Manager and General Manager. Until now i havent received any salary adjustment.
Question:
1. does the company have violation on labor code already by not giving me salary adjustment last december 2016?
2. if the company will give the salary adjustment? should i also receive retroactive pay because of the delay?
please help me on this.
