Hello po,

I have a job offer with a competitor however i have this non compete clause. The duration listed was 1 year not working with competitors or same line of business. Need advise po sana what can i do? Smart move to have it waived if there is such a way. They are offerig twice of what im getting kasi.

if kaya mong pa waive then thats the best way but how do you intend on getting them to do that? paying them off? it may require a whole lot more than what you have earned.
the prudent way is to take a job in an unrelated field and just apply to the competitor after a year
