We are a service provider company to various clients in different industry. Our new client asked us to sign a non-compete clause and non disclosure agreement due to the sensitivity of their information that we will have access to. Does this non-compete clause and NDA extends to all our ontractual employees to be assigned to the client? If yes, what can we do to enforce the said contract to our employees and if violated what hold will we have to our employee/s?
