2. That, Owner 3 hereby agrees to sell her share under TITLE. A, to NIECE 1, in consideration of the amount of Php______.
3. That, all parties agree and have no objection with regards in construction of a residential building of NIECE 2 to be built at OWNER 5’s share described in TITLE A.
4. That, OWNER 1; OWNER 2; OWNER 3; OWNER 4 and OWNER 5., are ALSO HEIRS of the lot described in TITLE B, and the heirs hereby agree to the following:
a) That, OWNER 4 hereby waives her rights to her share under TITLE A, in favor of OWNER 5, regardless of the land area and amount; and OWNER 5, hereby waives her rights to her share under TITLE B, in favor of OWNER 4, regardless of the land area and amount;
b) That, OWNER 1, hereby waives his rights to his share under TITLE A, in favor of OWNER 2, regardless of the land area and amount; and OWNER 2, hereby waives his rights to his share under TITLE B, in favor of OWNER 1, regardless of the land area and amount.
Ito po ang napagkasunduang gawin, at hindi ko po alam kung paano at anong dokumento ang dapat gawin. Pwede po ba ito under isang document lang at anong document ito?
