The lot was mortgage on 1994 at PHP 15,000 only. My mother didn't pay the interest & principal until she passed away on 2007. Now, we want to redeem the lot. Do we still have the rights of the lot if the mortgagee not yet transfered to his/her name? But what if the mortgagee transfered to his/her name? Is it necessary to inform us before forclosure? Thanks for your advice in advance.
