May sasampahan po ako ng kasong ESTAFA, gusto ko po sana makakuha rin ng hold departure order para sa kanilang lahat.

Yes, as long as nakafile na sa court ang kaso laban sa kanila, pwede ka humingi ng hold departure order sa judge.
