3. Respondent didn't attend the third hearing. Nor did she file acounter-affidavit. The fiscal said it's for resolution already.

Question: How long does it normally take for the fiscal to make the resolution? What happens afterwards? Will the respondent be arrested already? If not, when will she be arrested?
