Arresto Menor

My brother was a soldier at PA and died in the year 2004 due to amok as they say. He was married but the beneficiaries were us the siblings and our father. We only claimed his burial and no any other. Do we have any other claims aside from burial? Then who has the right to claim, his wife or our father? Please help me. Thank you so much.
