Hi im new here, may nakapagsabi kasi sa amin na puwede naming habulin yung tungkol sa poste ng kuryente na itinayo ng walang paalam. Sabi e medyo malaki din daw ang puwede naming habulin kung mag fi file kami ng kaso.

Perhaps Meralco will give you some free electricity if you let the pole stay there Smile

Is it a common type or a biger stronger line?
Being just beside a stronger electric line is bad for health...

Common lang naman sya, pero dalawa yung poste, bali hindi meralco ang name ng company nakalimutan ko kasi yung name, Noreco ang company.
Kaso yung poste nakatayo sa gitna ng lupa namin. Sagabal sya lalo na kung ebebenta yung lupa

Obstacle sya in procesing of selling the land, beacuse buyer will backout of buying, sorry im noseableed in englis

So it's a small land (?) because if it's big land it can be an ADVANTAGE by geting much cheaper connection by shorter distance Smile

Total of 2 hectar, and my part is 2500 sqm, the pole stand in the center of my part.,

Oh. Is the pole very close to where you want to have the house?
If it's +20 meters or so away, then it can be an ADVANTAGE, because then it isn't to close and you don't need to pay an extra pole to get electricity connection.
20 meters is around what the electric company pole is away from my house Smile

I don't know if such projects have right to demand space in the Philppines.
It would be odd if can't make them put the poles at the borders between lots, but there are more laws that are odd... Smile

If they can't plan so they put the poles close to borders of the lots, when they are in the size of your lot.

Ahh ok thanks, pero hindi kami nakatira doon, i have no house there, relative house only.
My plan is to remove the pole imediatly after the title release.
