Hi! I'm currently being a subject for Redundancy by the end of this week and my employer already discussed what will happen by then. My question is around retirement. I signed a contract that says I will be entitled to retirement payout once I reach my 5th year and I am currently running my 7th year with the company. Will the redundancy payout be different with the retirement pay? Is my company required by our law to pay me both or is it considered just one? Thank you.
