Good afternoon po. I don't know if this is in the right category. I have to ask this, my sister is an officer po in a university organization (club). on her second year, the org. adviser was so incompetent to the point na ilang days bago nila sya ma contact. and in order na ma clear sila for enrollment, she forged the advider's signature. ngayong graduate na sya, that professor found out about it and told her she will have her clearance held hanggat walang nagsasabi kung sino gumawa nun. Can the professor do that? and pwede ba makasuhan kapatid ko?
