Hello Sir/Mam;
Good day! I hope you can help me on my home loan problem.
I purchased a condo and it is now under bank loan. I am an OFW and unfortunately I am now going to lose a job. Hence, I will not be able to continue paying my monthly amortization of my bank loan.
I have tried looking for a buyer to assume my loan but i didnt get any luck.
I wanted to cancel my loan coz i cannot afford to pay this anymore.Can you please advise me what to do? Is is possible to apply for foreclosure?
