tatanggaling po ksi ako sa trabaho dahil nagkaroon nako ng anak. nung tinignan ko po ang company handbook nmin wla pong nakalagay na matterminate kpag nagkababy ka na hnd kasal.. ang nakalay lng po dun kapag nagpakasal ng lihim?tama po ba ung gagawin nila skin?ok lng po ba un?

pumasok ka lang sa trabaho mo, wag ka gagawa ng hindi tama. wag ka pipirma agad agad LALO NA kapag walang kopya na ibibigay saiyo. Pag sinabing wag ka na pumasok (verbal) wag mo susundin. Kapag tinanggal ka o tinatok o hinarass ka, dumeretso ka AGAD sa DOLE office na malapit sa lugar na pinapasukan mo. LAHAT NG PAPEL NA DADAAN SA MGA KAMAY MO DAPAT MAY KOPYA KA. Pag may binigay o sinumite kang papel o memo o sagot na nakasulat, dapat ipa xerox mo muna AT IPARECEIVE MO (papirmahan mo yung maiiwan saiyong kopya).
Kapag may angulong ganyan kasi ang kumpanya, gulangan na ang galaw dyan. protektahan mo ang sarili mo sa pamamagitan ng pagdokumento ng lahat na mangyayari.

ask lang po ako about sa new wage minimum order. ang ginawa po kasi na company namin is binawasan yun allowance namin ng 10 pesos. so parang wala rin po kaming additional na 10 pesos kasi binawasan nila yun allowance. legal po ba yun? hoping for your response. thank you!

Good evening anyone who can answer me will appreciate

Sinumbong po ako ng so manager ko because hndi lang tally ang computations ko ng sales for the past 3 months and now pinapareport ako sa office but they already accusing me of stealing because of that discrepancy only .
To be honest I steal but i'l make sure evrything is clear .No evidence left .Natatakot lang po ako dahil bka ipitin na lng din nila ako at sabhin malaki ang nkuha ko .Any advice please aaminin ko po ba ? Kahit confident ako na wala akong iniwan na kahit anong evidence just the peace of paper na hindi tally or mali lang ang compute ko but the rest is tally

pwede nilang alisin yung allowance pero yung min. wage hindi nila pwede bawasan. also, wala kang tax dapat.

you should ask for the appraisal/evaluation index, yun ang basehan sa rating na ibibigay sa iyo. puwede ka naman mag apela, pero kailangan hawak mo ang basehan ng pag apela mo. like: punctuality, good attendance, cert of zero nte/da, cert of commendation/appreciation and the likes. ON THE OTHER HAND, kung PERIODICALLY  pinaliliwanag saiyo ng boss mo ang details ng poor evaluation rating sa iyo, ginagawa nya ng tama ang trabaho nya. Binibigyan ka ng chance to correct yourself, and get good ratings sa next appraisal sa iyo.
Do not assume na dahil trainee siya ay wala siyang authority or incompetent siya. Ginagamit lang yung term na trainee dahil under period of evaluation din sya. Kaya gagawin talaga nya ng tama sa abot ng kanyang makakaya ang kanyang trabaho. Remember: The manager is an authorized representative of your company.

Hawak pa po nila ang mga ito actually. Pang 6th days floating period q na po. Pinipilit nya mga iba kasama namin/ ka work na di daw po aq dpat ni regular. 2 po sila bagsak sakin and 4 po ang nagpasa.

Gumawa ka ng letter addressed to the hr/manager, asking for the copy of appraisal/evaluation and at yung letter order na floating ka. Ipareceive mo. Hawakan mo yung kopya mo, iattach mo photocopy ng ID mo. Dalhin mo sa DOLE. Humingi ka ng tulong.

from what i heard the company has had many cases of employees never getting backpay and often being sued for ridiculous reasons like 4mnths after resignation they were found to steal money even if they never handled money. employees that go to DOLE are notentertained because according to some sources the owner of the company is paying someone in DOLE what can i do to protect myself from this company knowing they forge crime? pleeeeesse help very scared right now even after 30dys resignation is finished it seems they wont give me backpay, coe and clearance.

Hindi yan tutuo na hindi ieentertain yung reklamo nyo sa DOLE, basta may katwiran.  Impossible naman na lahat ng tao sa DOLE eh nilalagyan ng company na yan. Masyadong maraming tauhan ang dole para malagyan nila lahat

hi good day manghingi lang po sana ako advise regarding my situation. i stayed in my company for 11 months already and contractual po ako renewal po ang contract namin every 5 months since pinagbabawal na po yun ngayon ni president duterte yun tinatawag na "ENDO"ang ggawin po sa amin na contractual for almost 1 year evaluate daw po kami bago kami gawin regular so kapg hnd po kami nkapasa is possible mo na matanggal kami, legal po ba un gagawin sa amin?? please help po . thank you!!

Kung 2nd contract mo lang yan ay pwede pa nilang gawin yang evaluation na yan. Ang ipinagbabawal ng batas ay ang paulit-ulit na gawing 'contractual' ang empleyado. Kung paulit-ulit kasing 'contractual' ang isang empleyado, pwede itong ma-consider na regular employee kasi sya ay "engaged to perform activities which are usually necessary or desirable in the usual business or trade of the employer". Kaya kung 2ng contract mo pa lang iyan ay pwede pa nilang gawin ang evaluation.

good morning po..hnggang ilan contract po ba ang pwede ng i consider as regular according to labor?? and legal po ba sa batas yun hnd ka gagawin regular ng employer pero hnd ka na papipirmahin ng kontrata every 5 months kumbaga eh continuous ka lang sa company???
