I have questions about updating the B IR status. I passed a documents through my company for update last 2006 and no result. They said they are waiting for BIR reply. The last 2010 of September, I past another document for my two children for update and every time I got my payslip, I asked the finance and HR but they did not told me the problem until I noticed that I need to transfer first the registration from makati to pasig before the status can be updated. Wla ba akong ma e file the legal action sa HR for not doing their job?

what you can do is to first get proof that they did nothing to update your status, then file a complaint with HR. You will have to prove that you submitted your documents in case they deny it.
