Pls give me advice:

I no longer want this relative to rent the farm land, there was no contract so anytime I wish I could take it back.

But he lives in a house built by our great grandparents that is standing on my land.

I dont want him to stay on that house anymore because he has fooled me several times.

I always wanted him to meet me talk to the Brgy Captain, but he never wanted to talk with me at the brgy. what can I do?

the title i still in my greatgrandparents name. But we already know who owns these farms, it's all verbal.

But this administrator knows it's our share. What can I do if he doesnt come to meet me at the brgy?

your first step is to file a complaint at the bgy.

but if you are forced to file a complaint in court, you will have to show that you are the owners because the property is not in your name and you are not in possession.
