Hi! I need your advice

I'm a contractual employee in a cooperative, i started from March 2,2015 until present. Every month they deducted my salary even if i don't have a TIN, so by January 2016 i ask them where is my BIR form 2316 so that i can file income tax return if ever. Ang sabi ng HR wala kang 2316 kasi wala kang TIN, so agad agad akong kumuha ng TIN no.
Question:
1. May na po ngayon until now wala pa silang ibinigay na 2316 pano pa po kami maka pag file ITR ang last filing sa April pa. Ano po ang dapat naming gawin kompanya? Maaari po bang kunin namin ang pera if wala silang maipakita 2316?

2.Regarding po sa 13th month pay. Bakit wala po kaming 13th month pay dahil ba d kami regular?

Ano po ba ang dapat naming gawin? Question
