actually 6 months ako duon from nov 25 2014 to may 25 2015 tapos nagkaron ako ng ibang work kaya naman nung february 29 2016 ko lng ntapos laht ng clearnces ko after ko ipasa lahat ang sabi 45 working days lang daw makukuha ko na. . ang masaklap 2 months na ako nag aatay wala pa din at nkakapagtaka ung sagot nila tungol sa status ng check ko ang sabi for sign na daw and the only authorized person is the owner sa isip isip ko lang sa dami ng branch nila nkakapgtaka lang na iisa lang ang signatory nila kaya parang delaying tactics lang nila i think alib lng yun ano po ba maipapayo niu. . kasama po ba sa clause ito ng labor code "

Pumunta ka ulit sa kumpanya mo at tanungin mo ulit sila. Kung wala pa e magreklamo kna. Ewan ko lng kung tatagal pa sa knila yang cheke mo.

hi ako resign na din sabi skin di massure kugn kelan mabibigay ang backpay ko dahil sa company status? ano po kya pwede kong gawin at pati mga mandatory na gov't benefits kinaltas nila pero hindi nmn nila niremmit.please help po ano kya pwedeng gawin.Thanks
