Employment Right Query

Hi This is Juan Garcia I'm working for a BPO company somewhere in Ortigas, I'm working as a Technical Support Specialist Level 3 / tier 3.  I'm working here for 3 years now. Our LOB/ Department was suddenly pull out by the client and being transferred to another company and 10 of us were left here to our current company due to the NON COMPETE CLAUSE AGREEMENT between the client and the company. My question is that, is it right for our company to transfer us to another account which did not fit with our current position like sales account? If yes do we have an option to choose for the position which really fits our current position? We are not taking calls like an ordinary agent but we are supporting them, as well as the Supervisors, QA's, Trainers and other support group in terms of product knowledge and processes. Is it possible for us to ask to be redundiate just in case there's really no available account that will fit with our current position? We are currently in floating status since May 1st 2016, how long we need to wait before our company can finally decide regarding our redundiation? when can we file a legal request for redundancy? Is there a specific time frame for floating status I mean until when it will last?

Kindly help us to answer all our questions provided above. Looking forward to hear from you guys.

The company can (and should) look for other positions for you, even if it may not be similar to your current position (tech support to customer support or even sales, or vice-versa). You should be trained for the new job.

Your management is in a better position to determine where you are suitable.

You may be required to undergo interviews, assessments or training to see what LOB you will be best at.

No.

Floating status is up to 6 months.

good afternoon, im a fresh graduate of secondary education.( 2015) nag apply po ako sa mga different school dito sa amin fortunately tinawagan ako sa isa sa mga inaplyan ko. january 2016 nag demo po ako. second week interview, after signing contract .
nakapirma po ako ng contract ng five years kaagad at may 50k pag hindi mo natapos ang contract. ang effectivity po ng contract this s.y june 2016.(wala pa po akong naibibigay na requirements except ung resume at contract na sign ko)
ngayon po nagtratrabaho ako sa isang school lab. technician at part time instructor nasa tingin ko mas malaki pa po ang kinikita ko dito.

maidedemada po ba ako ng school?
magbabayad po ba ako kahit hindi pa ako nagsisimula?
madedemanda rin po ba yung school na pinagtratrabahoan ko?
ano ano po ba mga pwede kong gawin.
