Reclusion Perpetua

si kuya bumili ng kotse(installment), ang siste wala syang proof of capability to pay maliban dun sa paupahan nilang mag-anak pero hindi nakapangalan sa kanya. So, kinausap nya si GF na employed at pina apply mag car loan. Na-approve. Yung pinang DP pera ni kuya. After makuha anh auto, nagpa Notaryo sila na kahit nakapangalan kay GF yung auto pati rehistro at resibo, kay kuya talaga yung auto including all obligations that may arise out of the car ownership/loan.
Tanong:
Will this notarized document hold up if any problem re obligation comes up? Kasama na yung loss/theft, accident/insurance, the likes.

As long as the notarized document is in safe hands and di mawawala yun, I think it is valid as to who assumes true ownership of the car. Pero para mas maayos kung sakali man maghiwalay sila in the future, dapat asikasuhin nyo na mailipat yung deed of ownership sa pangalan ng kuya mo tapos mag-execute din sila ng contract to pay the remaining amount nung pinambayad sa sasakyan from your kuya to his GF. That way, maiiwasan natin yung costly litigation kung sakali man magkaroon ng dispute in the near future.
