Good Day sa lahat.

I just want to ask po kung legal po ba na ideduct sa employee if may over delivery of materials pero signed naman po ng general manager nila and nadeliver naman yung materials kaso di na nila magagamit due to sudden changes in government rules. Kasi pinapabayaran nila sa employee yung delivery worth 300,000.00 please help. thanks.

MALI, kung walang pagkakamali si employee ay hindi pwedeng pabayaran sa kanya ang nasabing amount.
