Gusto ko lang po sana manghingi ng advise regarding sa situation ko ngayon. I was accused at ipinatawag sa head office regarding sa isang social media post against the company. Walang screenshot na ipinakita at walang details ng accusation. Then, the issue ay napunta sa pagkakaroon ko ng ka-relasyon sa office. We are currently hired ng partner ko in the same account under one company. Recently, kami ay na-informed na may grounds kami under Conflict of Interest. Ang sabi ng HR department, prerogative daw ito ng company kaya ang ibang magkaka-relasyon ay allowed. Ang sa amin ng partner ko ay first degree offense dahil may anak kami at pumasok kami sa company na magkarelasyon na. Kinakailangan na mailipat ang isa sa amin sa ibang account pero nagrefuse ako. May basis po ba ang management sa grounds na ibinababa nila? Until now wala silang documents or letter na ibinibigay regarding sa grounds or violation ko. Sa ngayon, obligado ako mag-resign dahil sa issue. One more thing, nangako sila na kapag ako nagresign, magre-render ako ng 30 days. Babayaran nila ang 15 days lang ako papasok para mag-render at ang remaining days babayaran kahit nd ko na pasukan. Nanghihingi ako ng documents sa agreement na ito pero until now, hindi pa nagbibigay. One more thing, hindi na na-renew ang contract ko since i've started last June 2014 sa company. Nais ko lamang malaman kung dapat pa ba ilaban ito o kailangan ko na talagang mag-resign. Thanks po. hope for your immediate advise.

Check your companys Code of Conduct king nakalagay nga dun na bawal ang mag asawa / partner

from this masasagot ang tanong mo kung need mong mag resign kesa ma terminate

Thank you po sa reply. From the start na na kami ay na-informed regarding sa grounds of conflict of interest, nag-request na ako ng copy ng Code of Conduct ng company para ma-check ko kung bawal talaga ang mag-asawa/partner. Until now wala pa rin silang ibinibigay. They are threathening me na kapag hindi ako nag-resign, ite-terminate nila ako.

In-inform na pala kayo e. Ibig sabihin ay nasabihan na kayo. Ang ibig mo na sabihin ay dahil hindi ka nakatanggap ng COde of Conduct ay ok na ang intong sitwasyon?

Hi HrDude. Yes, i want to ask kung ok lang na ganitong sitwasyon. We do not have any documents or letter about the grounds. And na-inform lamang kami ng Business Unit Head ng agency last March 31, 2016. We were hired last June 7, 2014. After almost two years of our employment saka lamang kami nasabihan about the grounds. Ok lang po ba na magresign na lamang ako and let it be? Thanks po in advance sa reply.

Yes, i think yan lang ang option mo. Company code of conduct kasi can be revised from time to time, hindi po yan parang contract na bound ang company to whatever was signed at the time of signing
