Hi, I just want to inquire on how to process house renovation thru Pagibig. Ang land tittle po kasi bg house namin ay nakapangalan sa Uncle ko who's now migrated sa State at sa name ng mga magulang ko. Patay na po ang tatay ko, si Nanay ay buhay pa. Tatlo po kami magkakapatid gusto po sana namin tatlo na irenovate ang bahay thru Pagibig at hatiin na namin tatlo ayon din po sa kagustuhan ni Nanay. Paano po kaya ang proseso. Hindi po sa amin tatlo nakapangalan ang titulo.
