I stayed in a call center company for 3 months last year and my TL mentioned that my training bond will be waived since my reason of resigning is medical issue. The resignation was progress after 2 months so I process my clearance this january.. I was able to get my COE, back pay and the like..
I was rehired and when I check on my salary, the training bond was deducted without my knowledge and don't know that it still apply on my profile.. It's like working, spending money every time I go to work for nothing.
Is it possible for the company to provide COE and backpay if the training bond was not waived in the first place? I am so confused with this since they never informed me that it still with my profile when I signed the contract. Advise on how to deal with this po.. salamat
