Does the company have an option not to give your sales incentive because they had given you suspension. Cause of suspension is sharing of sales within the team. W/c is a practice for years and memo has just been given last month that it is prohibited.

1. Yes as a matter of management prerogative, similar to the principle of no work-no pay, by analogy, no work no incentives.

2. however, you can question that memo on "sharing of sales to the team" as the ground for suspension since that practice is already ripen into a right which cannot be taken away from you. That memo constitute as diminution of benefits which is prohibited under the law.
