Hi everyone. I would just like to ask kung gano kalakas ang affidavit of desistance. Can a person reopen a complaint kahit may issued na gantong document sa respondent? The complaint was never brought to court or was never filed as a case. Inareglo lang with the issuance of the said document and it was duly notarized.
