affidavit of desistance

Hi atty. just want to have an advice from you as a 2nd opinion, may kaso po kase ung friend ko na estafa and bp52 pero nagkaroon po ng settlement with the total of 135th ung amount nung debt. but after the settlement is tumalbog po ung inissue namen na check and after few days po is nagbigay po kami ng 100th cash sa atty to settle the amount of debt. pero nag go through po ung kaso napunta po ata sa supreme court. then may nailabas na warrant but to be honest is di na naghahabol ung complainant and i believe na di na siya intresado. wala po ma advice yung atty and nagtanong po kami sa iba atty and they said na kung di na talga naghahabol ung complainant is gumawa daw ng affidavit of desistance. ma wiwithdraw po ba talga ung criminal case nun para di na maissue ung warrant? kase plano po kausapin ung tao and explain na willing naman and nagbigay naman talga ng 100th during that time kaso mukhang di po ibinayad nung atty kaya ng go through po ung case. thanks po...
