Arresto Menor

I am a PWD and just read about the new law that relatives, within the fourth civil degree of consanguinity or affinity who takes care of me can apply for tax deduction of P25,000 in their annual income tax.

My sister in law(I am married to her sister) currently supports my family, may I know if she can apply for this deduction. What degree of affinity is my sister in law to me?
