SLIGHT PHYSICAL INJURY

Hi I really need some piece of advice regarding on a case that someone filed on me. This was the story .
Last week I was shocked since a policeman went to our house and telling that I have a warrant of arrest regarding about slight physical injury that was opened Last year So I went to the Municipal hall to Bail for the amount of 2,000 pesos. and we will be having a hearing on may 3 2016.

The story goes this way:

I went to a friends BAR and since we are still in a good relationship as a friend she sat on our table and get Drunk with Us. We had a conversation regarding about a health card of mine since she was drunk (same as mine) she tear it up (my health card) and I was so upset why she did that to my health Card she even throw a bottle of a glass to me. So I was drunk as well and very upset on what she did to me I throw her a bottle of glass as well. Lots of our friends Stop our fight then I already cooled my self down I went to the restroom this lady (Owner of the Bar) followed me and she got a bottle of wine (4x4) and shes planning to spank it to me however since the door of the restroom has damages the door of the restroom has fallen into her face thats why she got a wound on her face Its not actually my fault why she had a
wound on her face since she was the one who is forcinf to follow me at the restroom to spank me using a bottle of wine (4x4). This is really a tough part on my end Since why did she opened a case instead I should be the one who will open a case to her. and One thing Since she owns the BAR why should she join a table with us without inviting her then suddenly she will start a fight with his customers??

NOTE: She owns the BAR and I think they dont have any permits as well. DO I have chance to Win this Case if ever they will push it to the court?

I really need some Advice regarding on this situation that Im currently going through and hope for a quick response. I thank you so much....

You dont have to worry, she is the one has the burden of proof to prove her accusations not yours. Just present your side in court and let the court decide who really at fault.

Pa help naman po atty. I have a friend kinasuhan xia ng slight physical injury. Ano po ba penalty na matatanggap niya?

I just want to ask advice regarding the case of my friend.
the story goes this. my friend (man) was attack by his cousin (woman) accusing of destroying the plants she planted (cassava plant) my friend just defend himself by avoiding her fist and withdrawing back to their house. while that incident happen, the husband of his cousin arrived and without asking question, help to attack my friend inside their house that resulted to an injury at the head, face and other parts of the body. May i just ask what possible case he can file, cause it was not settled in the barangay. At the moment, this issue becoming worse coz' they are cousin and neighbors. thank you

hello po atty. itatanong ko lang po sana kung ano po ba ang dapat gawin pag sinampahan ng physical injury at public scandal and intriguing against honor. may bail po ba ito? kung sakaling ayaw maki pag areglo po nang nagrereklamo ano po ba ang dapat gawin? ang kwento naman po ng nagrereklamo sakin "she alleges that on april 2016, while she and asawa ko po, co worker nya sa trabaho at sinabi nya na person with dissabilities ang asawa ko, pero hindi naman po sya disable, was thier on way in terminal located at ........ when the respondent (ako po yun) appeared and pulled the hair of complainant and punched her on chest for unknown reason. while inflicting injuries to the complainant was shouting at the top of her voice and uttered she is flirt and the mistress of his husband po.
ang totoo nyan attorney, nakita ko po sila ng asawa ko na magkayap nung araw na yun, at higit sa lahat nakita ko po ang complainant na binabantayan hanggang sa pag ihi ang asawa ko (pader, public) nagpakita ako sa kanila and then sinabunutan ko ang complainant that time at gumanti din po sya sakin? hanggang sa nag sabunutan na po kami at ang sabi ko nga po na layuan nya ang asawa ko, etc... then nag histerical po sya at minura nya ko, at sabi ng idedemanda ako. so ano po magandang gawin sa demandang isinampa po sakin ngayon? thank you po.

gusto ko lang po humingi ng advice, kasi nangyari po ang insidente last feb 2013 pa, nakipag away po ang asawa ko sa kapitbahay namin at ang anak ko menor de edad, inawat ko po sila, pero ang nangyari kami po ang dinampot ng mga brgy at pulis, nagkaroon po ng areglo...pero may warant of arrest daw po ako na lumabas July 2016.. anu po posibleng mangyare dito? salamat po...
