base pay changed

Good day.I've been with a BPO company for 8 years. Sadly, last November 2015, nag close account namin. Ililipat naman kami ng ibang account gaya ng sinabi ng HR department. May isang account na lang sa site namin na pwedeng lipatan and since magpapasko noon and since I cannot afford na mawalan ng sweldo, I signed a new contract. Thing is, binabaan nila ang base pay ko/namin. My question po is, pwede pa ba namin habulin na mabalik sa dati yung base pay namin? Sabi kasi ng iba according sa labor law, di allowed yun demunition ng base pay. Na kahit daw nag sign na kami sa new contract, since against sa labor law un content, may habol kami. I just want confirmation before we do further action. Thank you. I will appreciate your response.

Project-based or regular?

Regular. I just finished the training last Jan. 30 but I was not endorsed to production. Right now, I am on floating status again. And I have another question. Our company has different sites. I really don't want to leave the site Im in because of proximity. Since there is no available account in my current site, they offered account different site far from where I reside. Can I decline that offer? And take note, same base pay.

Base pay should remain the same.

Allowances though may be changed if they are tied to the account.
