Hi,i would like to know if may laban ako against my co worker who has been bugging our team sa grpup chat.were working in a bpo center at sinabi niya sa amin na "kagay rin pala sa kanila (team) na ewan lang ang life" and when i reacted saying #perfect he mentioned "bajet perfect ang life mo?alam na ba ng husband at byenan mo yan" which i found offensive kase hiwalay ako sa asawa ko and na embarass ako sa ginawa niya dahil chatroom yun ng team.so if i file a case through womens desk will this be considered valid? The management is not taking any action din
