A few months ago we won a case on someone for UNJUST VEXATION. He didn't go to jail but he was just fined 200 pesos.

Does this mean magkakaroon na sya ng NBI record?

Question

it is unclear if nbi will receive a copy of the record. they normally get a copy of a warrant of arrest and that is the basis for their data.

PAO lawyer, it took 2 years & 4 months bago natapos ang lahat. gumastos pa kami ng malaking halaga sa pag pagawa ng mga counter-affidavit namen tapos at the end of the trial 200p lang ang fine nya. but at least we won the case.

good for you. i hope i get the same justice. kasi ung public prosecutor na may hawak sa case ko nagulat ako na ni hindi man lang ako dinirect examination. he said that my affidavit will stand as my testimony thus the other lawyer proceeded with the cross examination.

chua, that wasn't up to the prosecutor; it is contained in the rules of summary procedure. it should be the same for defendant; that he should have already submitted his affidavit and will be subject to cross immediately when it's their turn

ah ok. it's a normal process pala.i thought po kasi hindi nag direct examination yung prosecutor kasi hindi pa nya ako nakakausap ever.we just met one time to introduce myself however i was not able to tewll him my side of how i feel regarding the case and why I opted to file. he was so busy kasi when I came up to him.Is it all possible for me to go to him before the hearing? for him to correct the perception of the judge should I go to him now na or should I do it a day before the next hearing?

akala ko kasi hindi pwede sumagot dun sa judge pag nagsasalita sya. kasi nung nagsasalita ung judge he was not asking me, but instead he was emphasizing it to the prosecutor handling the case. so dapat po pala nag salita ako? when i was sitted there and while the judge is saying his speech, i was really reacting ang the secretary ba yun heard what i am saying..... and i beleive the recording will hear what am saying na "i was there...i was there"
