Arresto Menor

Hi,

I need help po regarding a case of my brother na 5 years ago na. He is the defendant, and is always present sa hearing..

What remedy can we do para maipresent sa court yung side ng brother ko, as of now, di namin macontact yung counsel sa phone at office nya.

Thanks.

Hi,

You can file a motion for reconsideration as soon as possible doon sa order ng court na magdecide na, kasi kung hindi ninyo yan gawin, matatalo ang kuya mo kasi ang ebidensya lang ng nagrereklamo ang ma-coconsider ng court. At maghanap na kayo ng ibang lawyer.

Regards,

Atty. Katrina
