Would anyone be able to share some good advise to a Pro-Se that for lack of knowledge in the final step of a litigation procedure 2 years have lapsed to the summary judgment before finally Rosalinda Carino found the answer to her fight for justice of the case of deprivation of right under the color of law violated by the Township of Belleville,New Jersey.It is in the internet such Order for a Writ of Execution came about.It was submitted in October 14, 2010 to chief of the Superior Court of NJ Ms Jennifer Perez.Now, what is the reason why it did not get any response.Thank you/sgn: ROC on jermacforwaders@yahoo.com

The time limitation on getting a writ of execution is from 5 to 10 years. So it is really much needed by Roc to get this advise for her to go forward. If a lawyer of the plaintiff is found to get involved of the Plaintiff's Adversary, what is best for one to apprehend such wicked lawyer who if proven was bribed by the Defendant, is this lawyer can cause his disbarment?
