Arresto Menor

good day! ask ko po legal advice tungkol po sa utang ko sa isang 5-6. Ang utang po namin ay nsa total na 19850. Sinisingil nya po ako at meron daw 8 percent monthly hanggang sa hindi ako makabyad. at meron sya binigay na computation na 19,850 + 8% = total ng babayaran. Sa tingin ko po hindi tama computation nya. Kasi ang magiging total po nito ay aabot utang ko sa 30K. Grabe po yun tubo.Need legal advice pls.
