Hi po,
I just wanted to ask po what are the requirements for posting bail and what are the procedures? My brother is in jail for illegal gambling cara y cruz and possesion of illegal drugs shabu tiny amount po. Hes been in jail for bout a year now. naaawa na po kami sa kanya. may mga taong humihingi sa amin ng 45,000 pesos in cash for his temporary freedom na taga city hall. hindi po namin kaya ang ganun kalaking halaga. i wanted to know the legal way to bail my brother out of jail. please help po.
