sir/madam,

ask q lang po sana if what should my brother do? npagbintangan po kasi sya n a naglabas ng item sa isang planta. .wala naman pong concrete evidence yun company pra mapatunayan na naglabas nga sya ng item. .ano po bang dapat nyang gawin? at pwede din po bsyang mag counter demand?salamat po. .

kung my subpoena na e nasa husgado na ang kaso. If he ignores it, he loses the chance to present evidence in support of his defense. If found guilty, a warrant of arrest will be iossued against him. I suggest kumuha siya ng abogado nya.
