pano po ung wife ko umutang sa lending 4 placement fee worth 50k tapos d nya natapos byaran kc napauwi xa sa pinas ang prob pa2no pa nya mbayaran ung interest nag interest ulit sinabihan pa sya na ipakulong na that was 2007 pa nangyari bgo naging kmi.hirap din po kmi kya d nmin mabayaran sa ngayon di po sya nagpa2kita sa lending kc tkot sya makulong anu po b dapat gawin?

did she issue any checks? failure to pay a debt is not a crime. keep trying to negotiate with the company.

pero d po nla alam ang address namin ang alam lang nila ung address ng family n misis sa province.pnuntahan nga po nila un 1 tym kso wala rin pambayad family nya kc ung misis ko lang ung breed winner sa kanila noon.

yes, you can be the one to negotiate. the only way to make sure about the nbi is to apply for a clearance. if the company files a case, then the notice will be sent to her last known address.

based on your statements, i don't see any basis for a criminal case against your wife. it doesn't seem she issued any checks that bounced, and she did not deceive the lending company. mere failure to pay a debt is not a crime.

i recommend that she applies for an nbi clearance to ease her mind, or if there is any pending case, to face it to clear her name.

paano po kung meron chekeng involve then hindi nakapag bayad at tumubo ng tumubo ano po ang maging kaso pag ganun? ang capital namin na nakuha sa lending is around 80K then we pay good at the start but after we having personal probs and financial probs di nabayaran hanggang sa sinabi na meron ng demand letter? what does it mean sir? if ever ba na magbakasyon ako sa pinas makukulong po ako?at madedemanda? what will be the remedy in dis case?

how did you get the info that there is a demand letter? the probable case they will file against you will be bp 22. no subpoena yet from the prosecutor's office?

the best way to find out is to check at the bureau of immigration prior to coming here.
